At Visual Logic Media, we take pride in offering high-quality photography, books, and media services. Due to the nature of our products, our refund policy varies by item type.

1. Digital Products (Ebooks, Photography Downloads, etc.)
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. Once a digital item has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
2. Physical Products (Books, Prints, etc.)
Refunds or exchanges may be granted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. To request a refund or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with proof of the issue (e.g., photos of damage). Return shipping costs may apply.
3. Services (Photography, Media Production, etc.)
Deposits and payments for photography and media services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written contract. Cancellations must be made at least 2 days in advance to be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward a future booking.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund or exchange, email info@visuallogicmedia.com with your order details and reason for the request. We will review your claim and respond within 5 business days.
Visual Logic Media reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
