Shipping Policy

Our Standard Shipping times are currently averaging 4-15 business days, following a 2-5 day processing time. Please allow extra time during the holiday season. Sometimes, products will arrive in separate packages to expedite shipping. Tracking numbers will be provided for your convenience. If you have any questions about your order, please get in touch with us at info@visuallogiccmedia.com. If after 3 weeks you do not receive your item, we will happily reship your item to you at no additional cost as long as you have entered the correct information on the checkout page. Please make sure to enter your correct shipping information and that there are no mistakes because we are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. We are also not responsible for stolen packages after the postal carrier has confirmed delivery.
